About the role

As an Insurance Sales Representative, you'll work directly with prospects and clients to identify the right insurance products for their lives — auto, home, life, and business. You'll be the trusted advisor who turns "I should look into that" into "I'm protected."

What you'll do

  • Build relationships with prospective clients through inbound leads, referrals, and outreach.
  • Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance coverage.
  • Quote, present, and close policies across multiple product lines.
  • Service your book of business and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Hit (and beat) monthly sales targets with the support of a hands-on team.

What we're looking for

  • Drive — you want to win and you're willing to do the work.
  • Coachable — you take feedback and apply it fast.
  • Strong communicator, especially over the phone and in-person.
  • Insurance license a plus (not required — we'll help you get licensed).
  • Sales or customer-facing experience preferred.
